Rose Grant
Coach, 2x Leadville 100 MTB Champion
“I provide training that compliments the daily lives of my athletes so that the process stays fun while getting stronger and accomplishing goals.”
Rose Grant grew up in a small Montana town with her 4 brothers, immersing herself in the outdoors. Naturally, Rose gravitated toward athletics since that is where she excelled. With little opportunity where she lived to get connected into any kind of cycling community as a junior to pursue the sport, Rose claims the sport found her at nearly 30 years old.
After a running injury, and a move to a Montana community that would eventually offer a space to support the success Rose naturally found on a bicycle, Rose felt that she had been gifted her calling. While Rose pursued climbing the ladder of professional off-road racing, she also became a mother to her daughter Layla.
Throughout her career, Rose won 5 national championships, and 2 Leadville 100 MTB Championships before retiring from professional racing in 2022. Rose now finds great joy in supporting her athletes pursue their goals. As a mother and wife, Rose understands that most of us wear many hats. Training should compliment our lives and the process should bring us joy.
